The conference will address vehicles for making progress towards a common understanding of how information needs to be modeled, communicated, stored, and accessed across all aspects of an enterprise starting with the definition of the customer requirements and proceeding through product planning, conceptual product, process, materials, manufacturing system design, prototype validation, detailed pre-production planning, and all life cycle aspects from delivery to disposal to recycle.
