WET ICE is an annual, international forum for state-of-the-art research in enabling technologies for collaboration. WET ICE '98 will consist of three-day workshops running in parallel, each including paper presentations but also a significant amount of time in working group discussions. In addition, there will be joint plenary sessions each day, including keynote speakers and reports by each workshop. Submission of a paper is not required for participation. The workshops are as follows:
