the Version 1.5 of GERAM by the the IFIP/IFAC Task Force is on the web but is being currently revised. The real first open publication of the definition of GERAM will be on the web in the next few weeks (V1.6) -- this wil lbe the annex to the GERAM Requirements standard developed in the frameworks of ISO TC184/SC5/WG1.
V1.5 is accessible at:
http://www.cit.gu.edu.au/~bernus/taskforce/geram/versions/geram1-5/geram1-5.html
V1.6 wil be accessible at the same place, change the fives to sixes.
It will also be advertised in various lists and also included in the EI clearinghouse at http://www.cit.gu.edu.au/~bernus/clearinghouse.html
As for the rest also see the clearinghouse. The Springer Handbook on Architectures of Information Systems has many relevant chapters on this topic -- as you can see from the TOC at http://www.cit.gu.edu.au/~bernus/ishandbook/index.html. It will be in the shops soon.
