I would be very glad to present you The MIE Research Group (MIE in
the Portuguese language stands for Methodology for Integrating
Enterprises or "Metodologia de Integração de
Empresas"). Our main concern is to stablish a framework for
conducting Change Management projects.
These researches have been conducted under the title of "The
Integration Project" at the University of São Paulo at
São Carlos city, Brasil.
