Hi,

i'm PHD student in industrial engineering at the Ecole des Mines of Albi, France. My research topics are Production Management and Enterprise Modelling Techniques and more precisely, Human Resource Management, taking into account skills in manufacturing systems (e.g. Staff scheduling in manufacturing systems).

Therefore I would be interested in any related information you are aware of (books, papers, www links, proposals, etc) to complete my current references. Particularly, I am lacking of information about workload control of Human resources in manufacturing.

Moreover, i 'd rather know where could i find sample scheduling programs on staff scheduling, manpower planning or skills allocation (in C++) ?

Thank's for any help, Best regards,
