Hi, all. =20 I am a graduate student from Tsinghua Universtiy of China.As =20 a member of CIMS-ERC(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System- Engineering Research Center), my research major is on enterprise modeling and business process modeling and reengineering.We use=20 IDEF family methodes to develop model,analysize and design. =20 Will someone give me some advices about related process modeling and simulation, i.e., how to develop a quantitative model for a business process such as a order processing task. How to estimate the time(including waiting and working time) and cost of these activities or tasks in such processes? May be you can introduce some research institutes, researchers or web sites in such fields to me?

Now we use IDEF0 and IDEF3 to establish the function and process flow model for enterprises, and using ABC(Activity Based Costing)to calculate the resource consumption or cost of the activities. And there are some problems during our research work.
