We met several times when we both lived in Austin. I was prof at MSIS department of UT (also dissertation supervisor for Jim Baty -- I think you knew him at MCC).
I now direct a research institute called EURIDIS, at Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Most of my research for the past six years has been in the area of electronic trade procedures, especially for international trade. I also belong to the UN/CEFACT working group on international trade procedures.
I would be willing to review papers dealing with business-to-business trade, especially international trade.
