I apologize for sending a specific message to the list. I actually intended to send the email only to Easton (that's what happens when you do not check the TO: field closely!)
Due to copyright issues I cannot post the paper to the web or email it to a lot of people prior to its actual appearance in the journal. So, as the paper is due to be out this month, I will see about providing copies of it after it is published (depending on how many copies they send me).
