Dear Colleague, It gives me great pleasure to announce that the International Society for Productivity Enhancement (ISPE) is organizing the 19th CARS & FOF conference from July 22-24, 2003 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The call for papers and other details for CARS&FOF 2003 can be found at http://www.sirim.my/cars&fof2003/conference-call.htm

I request you to submit the abstract to me as soon as possible. The complete paper should be submitted by January 15, 2003. I take this opportunity to inform you that selected papers would be published in the International Journal of Agile Manufacturing (IJAM) and International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Systems (IJAMS).
