2. What types of manuscripts are you looking for? Manuscripts may relate to any topic on organization development and change, but should be different from the ones published in our First Symposium on OD (Vol. 3, No. 1, January 1995).
3. How can I send postage ($1.36) from outside the US for receiving a complimentary copy of the IJOA? You can send international postal coupons.
4. What happens if my paper does not fit your symposium? If the quality of your paper is good, but it does not fit our second symposium, we will publish it in one of our regular issues.
Please read the articles from our first symposium on OD for preparing your final manuscript. We need four clean copies of your paper with a cover letter. The cover letter should indicate that your paper has not been submitted concurrently to other journals and will not be submitted elsewhere during our review. Our review process takes about 6-8 weeks.
